Daniel Sanzone is one of Perth’s most successful, respected and influential commercial property professionals having successfully negotiated over 800 commercial property transactions during his 20 year career. During this time Daniel has personally been on every side of a commercial property negotiation, as an owner, a tenant, a buyer and as a seller. With that sort of experience, he has a full understanding of the objectives each party is trying to achieve and can get the best possible outcome for his clients.

Daniel is an active member in the local community having been involved in local sporting clubs Stirling Saints, Coolbinia/West Perth and Stirling Panthers as a player and is a volunteer junior coach at Balcatta Soccer Club. He has regularly assisted in organising social events at community organisations and several fundraising groups.

Our head of property management is Jo Piper who has worked in commercial property for over 15 years, having based herself within the commercial property scene, and with a background in law, has ensured that she has complete knowledge and understanding of all types of commercial property and the ability to communicate with all levels of tenancy. Jo embraces the fundamental values of WA Commercial with her integrity and honesty and strives to ensure that the lines of communication between herself, our clients and our tenants are always open. An integral factor in retaining tenants and ensuring that our client’s assets are well maintained.
The team is supported by Antonia Pulitano who has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years. Antonia ensures that all of our processes are in place and regularly updated to ensure efficiency and compliancy within all aspects of our management portfolio. Antonia also ensures that all work orders are sent out and followed up in a timely manner and that tenants are kept up to date with any maintenance works that may be required.
